Cowork הוא מצב עבודה בתוך אפליקציית Claude Desktop שנותן לקלוד גישה לקבצים במחשב שלכם, ומאפשר לו לקרוא, לארגן ולהזיז אותם בעצמו - לא רק לתת הוראות. הכלי סורק את תאריך הצילום של כל תמונה מתוך נתוני ה-EXIF (המידע הטכני השמור בתוך קובץ התמונה), ולפי זה בונה תיקיות מסודרות לפי שנה ונושא, כמו טיולים, חגים או צילומי מסך.

Cowork ארגן 2,200 קבצים בתיקיית הורדות תוך פחות מ-20 דקות כולל זיהוי כפילויות וחלוקה לתתי-קטגוריות.

מה הוא עושה בפועל?

חשוב לדעת:

• Cowork לא מוחק ולא משנה שם לקבצים בלי אישור, והוא רץ מקומית על המחשב שלכם - כלומר התמונות לא מועלות לשום מקום. בגלל זה כדאי לבקש ממנו קודם הרצת בדיקה (dry run) שרק מציגה תוכנית, ורק אחר כך לאשר את ההעברה בפועל.

איך מתחילים?

1. נכנסים ל-claude.ai ומורידים את אפליקציית Claude Desktop
2. פותחים את מצב Cowork מהתפריט הצדדי
3. מדביקים את הפרומפט הבא ונותנים לו לעבוד

Organize all photos and videos on this computer using a Python script — do not do this manually. Scope: Recursively scan these locations for photo/video files: the user's Pictures folder, Desktop, Downloads folder, and any "Photos"/"Camera Roll" folders found under the user's home directory. Skip system folders, hidden folders (starting with "."), and application data/cache directories. List the folders you actually scanned in the final report so I can confirm nothing was missed.

Rules:
- First run in dry-run mode: scan everything and print a plan (source path → destination path) without moving anything. Show me a summary and wait for my confirmation before actually moving files.
- Only move files, never rename or delete. On filename collision at destination, append a numeric suffix instead of overwriting.
- Destination root: ~/Pictures/Organized - create it if it doesn't exist.
- Determine year from EXIF "Date Taken" when available; otherwise fall back to file creation date, and note which method was used per file.
- Within each year, sort into subfolders by topic where reasonably detectable: Trips, AI, Holidays, Documents, Screenshots, Work - using filename patterns, source folder names, and EXIF GPS/camera data as signals. Anything unclear goes to "Needs Review", not guessed.
- Detect exact duplicates by content hash and move them to "Review", keeping the first occurrence in its normal location.
- Include jpg, jpeg, png, heic, raw, mp4, mov.

Final report: total files scanned, folders scanned, files per year, files per topic, files sent to Review, files sent to Needs Review, errors/skipped files. Save as CSV alongside the console summary.
